3 Huntington Businesses Sold Vape Products To Minors: Police

The shops sold e-nicotine products to underage people, police say.

HUNTINGTON, NY — Three Huntington shops were accused of selling vape products to people under 21 during compliance checks at businesses in the Town of Huntington on Tuesday, Suffolk police said.

Second Precinct Crime Section officers investigated the sale of vape products and checked five businesses for compliance with the law after community members issued complaints, police said.

  • Huntington Village Vapes, at 4 Elm St., Huntington.
  • Its Lit Smoke Shop, at 341 New York Ave., Huntington.
  • E Smoke and Cigar, at 312 Main St., Huntington.

An employee from each store was charged with unlawfully dealing with a child, police said. All three were released on field appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear at First District Court in Central Islip on a later date.
