MELVILLE, NY—The Town of Huntington’s 9th Annual Anne Frank Memorial Ceremony will be held on Sunday, June 23 at 12:30 p.m. in the Anne Frank Memorial Garden at Arboretum Park, 48 Threepence Drive, Melville, Supervisor Chad A. Lupinacci and Suffolk County Legislator Susan A. Berland announced.

The garden pays homage to the life of Frank, as it's meant to symbolically capture her journey. A circular pathway surrounds a garden and leads to the sculpture of a young girl’s dress.

"The Memorial Garden serves as tribute to Anne’s legacy of wisdom and genuine belief in the goodness of mankind and human nature, despite the ugliness of war and discrimination," the Town's press release reads.
