Attempted Robbery Sends Man to Hospital in Huntington Station
The man was struck on the head early Saturday morning.

Police reported an attempted robbery in Huntington Station on Saturday at 4 a.m.
Two men approached a male victim and demanded money in the parking lot of Melissa’s Restaurant, 1419 New York Ave. No. 1, police said.
The victim refused to give any money and was struck in the head, police said.

There were no arrests.
