UPDATE: Police ID Man Shot to Death Outside Valley Stream Restaurant
Shooting occurred early Saturday, police say.

Police are investigating a fatal shooting outside of a Valley Steam restaurant that occurred early Saturday morning.

According to police, a Bronx man was seen leaving Bronx BBQ, located at 694 West Sunrise Highway, accompanied by two other men and a woman at about 12:30 a.m.
Gunshots were then heard in the parking lot area of the restaurant and the victim re-entered the restaurant and collapsed on the floor, police said.

The victim, whom police are not identifying at this point, was transported to a local hospital with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead by a staff physician at 8:26 am.
The three people the man was last seen leaving the restaurant with have not been identified, police said. No arrests have been made.
Detectives are requesting anyone with information regarding this incident to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
