  2. Brain & Behavior Research Foundation awards grant to mental health scientist at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. The Brain & Behavior Research Foundation has awarded a Young Investigator Grant to Lucas Cheadle, Ph.D., of Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. BBRF Young Investigator grants support the work of early career investigators with innovative ideas for groundbreaking neurobiological research to identify causes, improve treatments, and develop methods of prevention for psychiatric illnesses.   3. Cheezly's archives. As many restaurants in the area close their doors for good, just as many new restaurants are popping up. Head a little south to Melville and check out Cheezly's, a restaurant built around cheese that opened last month. Offered on their menu are mac and cheese, grilled sandwiches, nachos and specialty items. “Everyone leaves with a smile” is their motto. The company is also selling store franchises.
