The Long Island Dance Consortium brings dance companies together to help raise money for Long Island High School for the Arts
Long Island Dance Consortium Presents "Celebration of Dance 2016"
Saturday, April 16 at 7:30 PM and Sunday, April 17 at 2 PM @ the Long Island High School for the Arts in Syosset.
LIDC is committed to keeping the unique and fabulous Long Island High School for the Arts open!!!! A contribution from the proceeds of these concerts will be made to help in this endeavor.

The Long Island Dance Consortium (LIDC) is proud to be the only local association for dance on Long Island. Like the Joyce Theater and City Center in NYC, our organization produces programs representative of many genres of dance performed by mutigenerational companies from the Long Island area.
The Red Hot Mamas are a unique senior performing tap dance company featuring women ages 56-86 years old! They are proud members of the Huntington community for over 25 years and will be performing in the Saturday evening performance, April 16th at 7:30PM. Their repertoire and beautiful costumes, along with choreography by Louise Rastu, Toni Wortman and guest choreographer Joyce Bloom, will entertain an audience of ALL ages!
