About Helping Hand Rescue Mission
The Helping Hand Rescue Mission's (HHRM) main priority is to reach children that are suffering under impoverished conditions, and to provide families with educational and character building instruction, food, supplies, and love.
We are in our 54th year of service in Huntington Station and offer a weekly food pantry, Baby Blessings Program for babies and their moms providing diapers, wipes, formula, clothing etc. We also provide family clothing, special holiday events for families, seasonal outdoor events, weekly community lunches and one on one friendship to encourage and support families as they work hard to live here on Long Island which can be a very difficult thing to do. We are here to love, give, serve, uplift and support!
