Intro to Tai Chi (Free Class)

Join us for a free introductory class in the internal martial art of Tai Chi Chuan. The circular, flowing movements of the tai chi form combined with an increased awareness of internal energy create a meditative environment to reduce stress and tension. Being a martial art, each movement and posture are applicable for use in self defense situations.  Learning Tai Chi can be an enjoyable method of centering yourself and responding to life's demands through a calm disposition.
