"The Funny Man Show" starring Ellis Adler

Children are continually laughing while they watch him perform. Amazingly, however, even with all the laughter, the show has great educational value. The children see step by step how he goes through the process of becoming a clown. They watch him warming up “in laughter,” and then they actually help him with the sequence of putting on his make up and clown suit. Lastly, they end up going to “clown school” with him by learning some basic concepts of clowning such as pretending, making funny movements, story telling, and most importantly making others laugh! A sprinkling of magic is also part of the act with a live rabbit who does tricks and who all the children get to pet at the end of the show. Of course, there is always time left for balloon sculptures for each child. There is so much laughter and fun that children really come away with a magical experience.  Please bring your own seating and refreshments are welcome. This event is free to the public.  In the event of rain, event will be cancelled.  Please call the Park for information at 631-423-1770.
