  2. Suffolk County government: Coronavirus case update for January 8. Take a look at the most recent COVID-19 numbers for Suffolk County. The good news is there has been a decrease in ICU patients and hospitalizations seem to be plateauing. The town of Huntington’s Senior Center and Senior Beach House will both remain closed next week because of Covid-19 -related staffing shortages. But home delivered meals will continue.
