The median sale price for a single-family home in the 11743 ZIP code was about $752,500 from the beginning of October through the end of December, according to Redfin. That was 3 percent lower than the median price over the same period the previous year. Redfin tracked 154 home sales during the same period, and 45 percent sold above list price.   2. Huntington Residents invited to zoom meeting with new police commissioner. Rodney Harrison was recently in Huntington Station to participate in handing out gifts to children at the Three Kings celebration at St. Hugh of Lincoln Church. He invited residents to a Zoom meeting on Monday at 6 p.m. to learn about his vision for the Suffolk County Police Department. The 2nd precinct is one of the largest on Long Island.   3. Selden Man Accused of 3 Robberies in Huntington Station. A man accused of three robberies in Huntington in the span of 8 days has been arrested. Kristian Falterman was arrested Thursday after an investigation by Suffolk County Police Second Squad detectives and gang unit officers. He robbed Sugar Spine Spa twice in a week and Venom Smoke Shop once.(http://www.huntingtonNow.com)
