- Man critically injured in Thursday afternoon head-on collision in Fort Salonga. Kevin Gallagher, 24, collided head-on with a box truck on Fort Salonga Road at 4:40 p.m. Gallagher, of Northport, was airlifted to a hospital in critical condition and the driver of the box truck was treated for minor injuries. - Police looking for woman who is accused of stealing a $500 gift card from Huntington Stop & Shop. The woman stole the gift card on July 17 from the Stop & Shop at 60 Wall St. Check the photo of her in the link and if you have information call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-221-TIPS. (Daily Voice)
- New Starbucks opening in Greenlawn in September. The location will be at 739 Pulaski Road and share the lot with Planet Fitness and Greenlawn Farms Grocery Store. Capital One Bank previously held the location. (Long Island Business News)
- Greenlawn home burglarized Sunday, according to police. The Broadway home was broken into when the thief pushed out an AC unit and stole jewelry and a purse. (Huntington Patch)
