- Three paddleboarders rescued Friday afternoon off Crab Meadow Beach. Officials responded to a distress call around 2 p.m., where they found one woman approximately one mile from Crab Meadow Beach in Fort Salonga. She told rescuers there were two other women in the water as well, who were also rescued. The three women were uninjured. (Huntington Now)
- July 1 Suffolk Arrest Report. Take a look at recent arrests throughout Suffolk County from the past 10 days. You can see arrests in the Second Precinct as well, which covers the Town of Huntington. If you have information on a crime, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-221-TIPS. (Patch)
