1. Crestwood Day Camp desperate for counselors. The camp is looking to fill more than 30 positions, or they may have to turn away campers. "We see that we're competing against a lot of other jobs, so the salary has gone up significantly," camp owner Mark Transport said. They are offering higher pay and more flexible hours to try and fill positions. (WABC-TV)
2. Check out the newest Huntington police blotter. Arrests include a man charged with a DWI while driving with no pants and a man arrested for possession of crack cocaine. Click the link to see all crimes committed and arrests made recently in Huntington. (Huntington Patch)
3. Huntington woman charged with animal cruelty. Earline Milligan, 42, was charged with one count of animal cruelty, a class A misdemeanor. Detectives from the SCPA found her 1-year-old Pitbull neglected and in bad shape, emaciated with multiple infections. "Animal cruelty will not be tolerated in Suffolk County," the Suffolk SPCA said. "If you witness any incident of animal cruelty or neglect in Suffolk County, please contact the Suffolk County SPCA at 631-382-7722." (Huntington Patch)

• Huntington Union Free School District: Huntington senior Dylan Schnitzer has chosen Trinity College. The All-County baseball player will continue to play at the collegiate level. “I chose Trinity College to further both my academic and athletic career because of the amazing educational opportunities it provides along with a top tier athletic program,” Schnitzer said.
