1. Check out arrests made in the county from the past week. More specifically, you can look at arrests from the Second Precinct which covers the Town of Huntington. If you have information on a crime, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-221-TIPS. (Huntington Patch)
2. Storm rips through Long Island Thursday afternoon with 70 mph winds, golf ball size hail, and two inches of rain in one hour hitting the Syosset/Plainview area. Check out the video in the link of a giant tree uprooted at a Plainview home. (News 12 Bronx)

4. Assaults at Vauxhall leads to five arrests. Police responded to the burger joint at 11:09 p.m. Tuesday after a group of young adults were harassing outside diners.
