- Police looking for two women who robbed a Huntington Station Target. The duo stole health and beauty products worth approximately $1,380 on April 4. Police are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-221-TIPS. (Huntington Patch)
- Check out the priciest home sales in Huntington last month. The three highest listed sales ranged from $1.28 million to $2.05 million. The priciest home is located at 194 Round Swamp Road, with nearly two acres of property and 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. (Subscription: Long Island Business News)
- Duo steals $500,000 worth of rare coins at event in Melville. The theft took place at the Melville Coin, Stamps, and Collectables Show while the victim went to the bathroom. He asked another vendor to watch his stand while he was gone and a women went over, distracted the vendor and another man swiped coins and precious metals. The victim wanted to remain unnamed for security reasons and said, "I think it's very sad it's come to this situation that people do things like that." (News 12 Bronx)
- Roadwork to close two lanes of Long Island Expressway overnight Tuesday. The lanes between exit 43A and 42 will be closed from 9:30 p.m. Tuesday to 5 a.m. Wednesday. This will only be for one evening and the road will be open fully in time for rush hour. (Patch)
