  1. Huntington weather forecast for the week ahead. As you start your week and get ready to hit the road for work, you won't need that heavy jacket. With temperatures in the 50s, it will be mild out all week. Get outside and take a walk and keep yourself moving if you can. Many golf courses will be closing soon for the season, so you can also get out and hit the links one more time if you play. (Huntington Patch)
  2. Huntington Station man killed in crash. Suffolk County police said Patrick Adrell, 42, was eastbound on Jericho near the intersection of East Gate Drive when his vehicle veered into the westbound lane and struck a westbound vehicle. The crash occurred about 1:15 a.m. Sunday morning. He was taken to Huntington Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The other driver, Angel Sagastizado, 38, of Hicksville was also taken to Huntington Hospital and treated for non life-threatening injuries. (http://www.huntingtonNow.com)
