Huntington Police Blotter: 3 Men Sold Cocaine

The cocaine, in addition to other drugs, were found during the search of a Huntington Station home, police say.

HUNTINGTON, NY — These are recent arrests made in the Huntington area from Dec. 13 through Dec. 19.

The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.

  • Henry Smoot Jr., 36, of Smithtown, sold cocaine weighing more than two ounces on three separate occasions between Sept. 22 and Dec. 15 on Thorney Avenue in Huntington Station, police said. Officers found more cocaine in Smoot Jr.'s car, as well as on him, police said. He was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drug w/ intent to sell, three counts of first-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance: 2 oz narcotic drug and criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotics on Dec. 15.
  • Nathaniel Eikenes, 30, of Huntington Station, sold cocaine on 10 different dates between Aug. 20 and Dec. 15 on Thorney Avenue in Huntington Station, police said. During a search warrant execution at the home, officers found methamphetamine, ecstasy, plastic baggies and scales, police said. Eikenes was arrested and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drug w/ intent to sell, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: hallucinogens w/ intent to sell, criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotics, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia: packing materials, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia: scales, five counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance: narcotic drug, two counts of second-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance: 1/2 oz narcotic drug and three counts of first-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance: 2 oz of narcotic drug on Dec. 15.
  • John Farabaugh Jr., 36, of Huntington Station, sold cocaine on three different dates in three different places: Patchogue-Yaphank Road in Medford on July 28; Fort Salonga Road in Northport on Aug. 18; and Larkfield Road in East Northport on Sept. 17, police said. During a Dec. 15 search warrant on Thorney Avenue in Huntington Station, officers found Farabaugh Jr. in possession of cocaine he intended to sell, resealable plastic baggies, and scales, police said. He was arrested and charged with three counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance: narcotic drug, criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotics, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia: packaging materials, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia: scales, and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drug w/ intent to sell on Dec. 15.
