Huntington Police Blotter: $7,000 In Items Stolen From Home Depot
A woman was accused of working with others on at least two dates to steal items from the Huntington home goods store, police say.
HUNTINGTON, NY — These are recent arrests made in the Huntington area from Feb. 13 through Feb. 20.
The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.
- Hassan Qamar, 31, of East Northport, was driving a Nissan Ultima when he drove through a steady red light while speeding on eastbound Pulaski Road and New York Avenue in Huntington around 2:40 a.m. Feb. 20, police said. He was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI: 1 prior on Feb. 20.
- Tina Robinson, 50, of Huntington Station, worked with others to steal $7,000 worth of items from Home Depot at 785 New York Ave., Huntington Station, on Dec. 7, 2021, and Feb. 5, police said. She was arrested and charged with third-degree grand larceny on Feb. 17.
- Ryan McKee, 24, of Huntington, got out of his vehicle while holding a metal stick and approached another driver on northbound East Shore Road, Huntington, around 4 p.m. Dec. 12, 2021, police said. McKee approached the person, raised the stick, and started yelling, police said. He hit the driver's side back panel of a 2021 Jeep Cherokee, police said. He was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal mischief: property of more than $250 and second-degree menacing: weapon on Feb. 17.
