Huntington Police Blotter: Man Robbed By Trio In Huntington Station

The men threw him to the ground and stole his wallet and phone, police say. One of the men had a knife, police say.

HUNTINGTON, NY — Curious about what's going on in your neighborhood? These are recent incidents reported in the Huntington area from April 23 through April 29.

The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.

  • April 29: Robbery (first-degree) was reported on New York Avenue in Huntington Station at 9:08 p.m. A man was walking when three men he did not know grabbed him and threw him to the ground, injuring his hand, police said. One of the robbers, who was holding a knife, stole the man's wallet and phone, police said.
  • April 28: Burglary (third-degree) was reported on Main Street in Huntington at 4:50 a.m. Someone entered USA Gas Station through the glass garage door and stole money and cigarettes, police said. A window was damaged, police said.
