Huntington Police Blotter: Man Steals Toyota, Sells It
It was a Toyota Rav 4, police say.
HUNTINGTON, NY — These are recent arrests made in the Huntington area from Dec. 11 through Dec. 17.
The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.
- Alanna Calandra, 25, of Moriches, made unauthorized purchases with someone else's Amazon credit card between July 15 and Nov. 7, police said. She was arrested and charged with third-degree grand larceny on Dec. 13.
- Brivard Stevens, 26, of Huntington, stole a 2008 Toyota Rav 4 on Jericho Turnpike in Elwood, police said. Stevens sold the Toyota to another person, police said. He was arrested and charged with third-degree grand larceny on Dec. 12.
- Shlung Sample, 21, of Huntington Station, smashed a cellphone on a bed at Huntington Hospital and lunged at a security officer at 4:50 a.m. Sept. 18, police said. He was arrested and charged with second-degree assault: intent to cause physical injury to officer on Dec. 17.
