Huntington Police Blotter: Man Stole Clothing, Jewelry, Fragrances

The man stole the items from a Kohl's, police say.

HUNTINGTON, NY — Curious about what's going on in your neighborhood? These are recent incidents reported in the Huntington area from March 12 through March 18.

The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.

  • James Neppell, 37, of Manorville, stole a Citibank Visa card and Kohl's credit card on Broadhollow Road in East Farmingdale around 9 a.m. March 12, police said. Neppell stole fragrances, jewelry and clothing from a Kohl's on Commack Road in Deer Park around 11:30 a.m. March 21, police said. He was arrested in Huntington and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny: value of property more than $1,000 and fourth-degree grand larceny: credit card on March 15.
