Huntington Police Blotter: Multiple Groups Caught Trespassing
One man was involved with two groups caught trespassing, and he was arrested on back-to-back days, police say.
HUNTINGTON, NY — These are recent arrests made in the Huntington area from May 17 through May 24.
The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.
- William Rodriguez, 26, of Williston Park; Edward Rodriguez, 22, of Williston Park; and Amanda Reese, 19, of Farmingdale, entered a Cold Spring Harbor home at 1 a.m. May 23, police said. The three were arrested and all charged with third-degree criminal trespass on May 23.
- Alessandro Costantino, 19, of Whitestone, threw an unknown object at a 2018 Honda in Dix Hills, causing damage to the windshield, on the morning of Feb. 28, police said. He was arrested and charged with criminal mischief: intent to damage property on May 23.
- Wilfredo Aguilar, 33, undomiciled; Henry Hernandez, 37, of Huntington Station; Guillermo Garcia, 40, undomiciled; and Jose Aparicio, 31, of Huntington Station, returned to Family Dollar at 1780 New York Ave., Huntington Station, at 12:34 p.m. May 21 after being told not to come back, police said. The four were arrested and all charged with trespass on May 21.
- Marissa Kovalovsky, 26, of Port Jefferson Station, was found with a hypodermic instrument at 3 a.m. May 20 in Huntington Station, police said. She was arrested and charged with possession of hypodermic instrument on May 20.
- Jose Aparicio, 31, of Huntington Station; Hermes Cruz, 43, of Huntington; Moises Chavez, 41, undomiciled; Benjamin Palacios, 33, undomiciled; and Javier Ramirez, 48, of Huntington Station, all remained at AutoZone Auto Parts at 1800 New York Ave., Huntington Station, after being told not to return on May 20, police said. The five were arrested and all charged with trespass on May 20.
- Jimmy Saravia-Rodrigues, 25, of Huntington Station, hit a man with an object and then cut his face at 9:30 p.m. May 15 in Greenlawn, police said. He was arrested and charged with assault w/ intent to cause physical injury w/ weapon on May 20.
- Treshaun Sanders, 19, of Huntington Station; and Demond Brewer, 44, of Huntington, were found to possess crack cocaine at an 11th Avenue home in Huntington Station after police executed a search warrant around 5 p.m. May 19, police said. They were arrested and both charged with third-degree criminal possession of controlled substance: narcotic drug w/ intent to sell on May 19.
- Douglas Graham III, 56, of Shirley, punctured a rear passenger tire around 2:30 p.m. May 17, police said. He was arrested and charged with criminal mischief: intent to damage property on May 17.
