Huntington Police Blotter: Serial Spray-Painter Arrested
The man is accused of graffitiing roughly 10 different buildings across March and April, police say.
HUNTINGTON, NY — These are recent arrests made in the Huntington area from Oct. 3 through Oct. 8.
The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.
- Gina Chapel, 53, of Port Washington, entered SEPHORA on Sept. 21 even though she had signed a trespass affidavit after she was banned from the store, police said. She was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary: illegal entry with intent on Oct. 7.
- Thomas Rivas, 26, of Huntington, spray-painted on at least 10 buildings in Huntington Station and Elwood between March 20 and April 23, police said. He was arrested and charged with 10 counts of making graffiti on Oct. 6.
