Huntington Police Blotter: THC, Other Pills, Found In Man's Car
He was in Huntington Station when police officers stopped him and searched the car, finding Xanax and Oxycodone, police say.
HUNTINGTON, NY — These are recent arrests made in the Huntington area from July 19 through July 25.
The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.
- Devonte Jennings, 21, of Wyandanch, was in possession of two debit cards and a credit card that were previously reported stolen, police said. Marijuana was found in the center console of the 2012 Nissan he was driving on Spagnoli Road in Melville, police said. He was arrested and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property: possession of credit card and second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana on July 23.
- Joseph Rubio, 25, of Mastic Beach, was driving a 2018 Hyundai at Roxbury Street and Claire Avenue in Huntington Station at 9:35 p.m. July 21 when police stopped him, police said. Edible THC, a bag containing 34 packs of Xanax pills, a bag of Oxycodone pills and marijuana were found in the car, police said. He was arrested and charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of controlled substance and second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana on July 21.
