Huntington Police Blotter: Thief Hits Same Value Drugs 5 Times

A man stealing drugs from the same Value Drugs store five times in one month leads some recent Huntington arrests: Suffolk Police.

HUNTINGTON, NY—Check out some of the recent arrests made in the Huntington area, from June 18 through June 21.

The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All incidents are merely accusations, and those accused are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.

  • William Wade, 56, of Hempstead, allegedly stole drugs from Value Drugs located at 349 New York Ave. in Huntington five times. The dates of his thefts are June 1, June 5, June 6, June 13 and June 21. He was arrested and charged with five counts of petty larceny on June 21.
  • Sanon, Bentley, 36, of Huntington Station, allegedly sold heroin on December 11, 2018 in Huntington, and possessed marijuana while driving without a license on June 18 in Huntington. He was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance: narcotic drug, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana on June 18.
  • Luisa Narvaez-Fernandez, 21, of Brentwood, allegedly was driving a 2008 Honda southbound on Deer Park Avenue while her license was suspended or removed, was in possession of marijuana and proceeded to give a false name. She was arrested and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, false personation, unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on June 18.
