LUPINACCI HONORS "GIPPER AWARD" RECIPIENT

Assemblyman Chad A. Lupinacci (R,C,I-South Huntington) recently joined the Ronald Reagan Republican Club (RRRC) to honor the recipient of this year’s “Gipper Award,” Mr. Lou Kron. Along with the award, Kron also received an Assembly Citation and Pin. Past recipients of the award include President George H.W. Bush and Assemblyman Andrew P. Raia.

“I have had the pleasure of knowing Lou since I first became involved in politics and local government,” Lupinacci said. “He is a spectacular servant of the people and never fails to support our local elected officials. The Huntington community is lucky to have an individual of his stature.”

Lupinacci also joined the RRRC in honoring Mr. John Fox, a former police detective, Vietnam veteran and active citizen.

“John is a devoted member of the community whose efforts in government participation should serve as an example for us all,” Lupinacci said. “I am honored to consider John a friend and a trusted advisor and I thank him for his service and dedication to Huntington, Long Island and our nation.”
