LUPINACCI VISITS HUNTINGTON LIGHTHOUSE FOR NINTH ANNUAL MUSICFEST
Assemblyman Chad Lupinacci recently joined the Huntington Lighthouse Preservation Society for their ninth annual MusicFest.

Assemblyman Chad Lupinacci (R,C,I-South Huntington) recently joined the Huntington Lighthouse Preservation Society for an evening to visit the historic Huntington lighthouse and their ninth annual MusicFest. This year’s event featured artists of various genres, ranging from country music to Motown; a diverse and enjoyable day for all participants.
The lighthouse, arguably the most notable structure in Huntington, still serves as a symbolic beacon of safety and guidance for the 10th Assembly District’s nautical culture. The Huntington Lighthouse Preservation Society, dedicated to the preservation and restoration of this landmark, welcomed the assemblyman and other elected officials to the castle-like structure in Lloyd Harbor.
“As a lifelong resident of Huntington, I have always identified with the Huntington lighthouse as it is truly a symbol of my hometown. In fact, the Huntington lighthouse is a symbol which I use on my official government releases, as it epitomizes the historical and rich nautical culture of Huntington and the 10th Assembly District,” Lupinacci opened.
