Man Wanted For Forcibly Touching Woman In Melville: Police
The man forcibly touched a woman at Temple Beth Torah last November, police say.

MELVILLE, NY--Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Second Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to locate Jose R. Marte, who police say forcibly touched a woman in Melville last year.
The alleged crime occurred at Temple Beth Torah, located at 35 Bagatelle Road on Nov. 5, 2018 at 11:45 a.m., police say. The last known address for Marte, 50, is 156 Smith St., Apartment B38, Freeport.
Police ask anyone with information about the crime to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, texting "SCPD" and your message to "CRIMES" (274637) or by email at www.tipsubmit.com. A cash reward of up to $5,000 is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
