All moms, dads & other baby caregivers: join us for a relaxing guided mid-day meditation, followed by a discussion on how we can put our meditation into practice in our daily life. This will help us maintain an authentically peaceful, patient and kind state of mind towards those little beings under our care. (And everyone else, as well!)
