This story is about a USDA-licensed breeder. This "breeder" was allowed to operate what the judge called Auschwitz for dogs since 2006, despite numerous fines and write ups. These are the types of facilities the USDA licenses, not small, private breeders as pet sellers want you to believe.

I urge anyone considering a puppy for the holidays to do their homework first. Kids are just as happy with an adult dog as they are a puppy.
