Professionals, Students Invited to Attend “Techniques & Technologies: Emerging Trends in Modern Marketing” Event

Didit among Five LI Organizations Supporting the Inaugural Marketing Panel Discussion on Nov. 9th

Dix Hills, NY – October 31, 2016 – A group of organizations on Long Island has joined forces to hold an event that will explore the marketing and branding changes and advancements in technology within today’s business world. On Wednesday, November 9, 2016, an engaging panel discussion, “Techniques & Technologies: Emerging Trends in Modern Marketing,” will be given at Five Towns College at 305 North Service Road in Dix Hills, New York from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. The event will be supported by Social Media Association (SMA), Public Relations Professionals of Long Island (PRPLI), Long Island Visual Professionals (LIVP), International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and Direct Marketing Association of Long Island (DMALI).

Guests will include students of Five Towns College; members of SMA, PRPLI, LIVP, IABC and DMALI; local business and marketing professionals and others. The moderator of the panel discussion will be Beth Granger, a social media sales strategist and trainer and branding consultant. Ramon Ray, a journalist, writer, media pundit and producer, will serve as the keynote speaker. He will offer his expertise in the areas of marketing technology and personal branding for business growth.

The panelists will include Betty Ana Giossi, senior manager of Digital Marketing, Social Media, Email Marketing and Personalization at Canon U.S.A.; Domenick Graziani, lead specialist of Strategic Communications at National Grid; Debbi Honorof, senior director of Marketing and Communications at Hofstra University Continuing Education; Andy Jacobs, vice president of Strategy at the Didit marketing, PR and digital firm; and Paul Lipsky, owner of MindYolk 3D/VR Studio.
