Scott Comer Appointed Regional Branch Manager with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage
Corinne Bubolo Appointed Assistant Branch Manager of Babylon and Dix Hills Regional Offices
Scott Comer has been appointed branch office manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Babylon Regional office. In this new dual role, Comer will drive the success of affiliated sales associates while managing the day-to-day operations of the sales office. In addition, he will continue to serve as the branch office manager for affiliated sales associates in the company’s Dix Hills Regional office which he has been managing since 2012.
“Scott has extensive management experience and throughout his career, he has demonstrated his ability to facilitate educational opportunities and to help sales professionals expand their business,” stated Laura Rittenberg, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens, N.Y. “I am excited for Scott to share his skillset with the Babylon office.”
With more than 25 years of sales and management experience, Comer began his real estate career serving homebuyers and sellers throughout Long Island. His expert skills and sales accomplishments earned him multiple awards which quickly drew the attention of senior leadership. In 2010, Comer was appointed to serve as the company’s director of education where he was instrumental in developing and implementing educational programs for the professional skill development of the company’s affiliated real estate professionals.

Corinne Bubolo will be joining Comer as the assistant branch manager of both the Babylon and Dix Hills Regional offices. She most recently was affiliated as a real estate salesperson in the Mount Sinai Regional office of the company and brings nearly 20 years of marketing and event management experience to the position.
“I am looking forward to this dual role and sharing my experience with the agents and helping them find new ways to grow their business. With the skillset that Corinne brings to the table, I feel that we will be able to accomplish a lot,” noted Comer. “My goal is to continue to drive both offices to have leading, top-producing agents who continue to list and sell with integrity on a daily basis.”

Comer is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston and resides in Lake Grove. He is a member of the Melville Chamber of Commerce and previously volunteered for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
A graduate of St. Joseph’s College in New York, Bubolo is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is a lifelong resident of Long Island and currently resides in Mount Sinai.
