Candlelight Vigil in Smithtown Wednesday for Victims of North Fork Crash
The "Candlelight Vigil for Our Girls" will be held at Smithtown High School West.

Town of Smithtown residents and countless others from across Long Island will come together at Smithtown High School West Wednesday night for a candlelight vigil in memory of the four young women killed in the crash on the North Fork earlier this month.
The “Candlelight Vigil for Our Girls,” which was organized by moms groups in Smithtown, Commack and Kings Park, begins at 7:30 p.m. at the school located at 100 Central Road.
A Facebook page created for the vigil has more than 6,000 members.

All four of the women killed in the July 18 crash were from the Town of Smithtown: Lauren Baruch, 24, of Smithtown; Brittany Schulman, 23, of Smithtown; Amy Grabina, 23, of Commack; and Stephanie Belli, 23, of Kings Park.
Among those expected to be in attendance at the vigill: MADD National President Colleen Sheehey-Church, Sen. Chuck Schumer, Rep. Lee Zeldin, State Sen. John Flanagan, Suffolk County DA Thomas Spota and Nassau County DA Madeline Singas.
