Man arrested following traffic stop on Northern State Parkway, police said.

A Kings Park man faces a felony DWI charge after police say he was drunk behind the wheel with his two young children in his car on the Northern State Parkway Sunday night.

According to State Police, a trooper from the Lake Success Barracks stopped a gray Honda for speeding on the Northern State near Post Avenue (Exit 32) in Westbury at 10:50 p.m.

While interviewing the driver, 30-year-old Anthony Martarana, the trooper detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage, police said.
