Charity Concert to Benefit Larchmont Volunteer Ambulance Corps

The concert will be held at the Captain Lawrence Brewing Company in Elmsford on Thursday, October 23 at 7:00 p.m.

The following press release is from the Larchmont Volunteer Ambulance Corps:

National fundraising campaign, “NEXT Charity Concert Series” selected Larchmont Volunteer Ambulance Corps (LVAC) as the beneficiary for an upcoming concert at the Captain Lawrence Brewing Company in Elmsford on Thursday, October 23 at 7:00 p.m. LVAC, a non-profit organization staffed by volunteers, will benefit from the proceeds donated that evening.

The general public is encouraged to support VAC and celebrate its work for the community in this great night of food, brews and music. Tickets can be purchased for $15 at http://tickets.beerfests.com/event/clbcmusic. Doors open at 7:00 p.m., and music will begin at 8:00 p.m. Guests 16 and over (under 21, must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian) are permitted and a variety of food, pizza and beverages will be available for purchase. Up-and-coming rock bands, The Continuums and Wild Adriatic will be playing.

The NEXT Charity Concert Series is organized by local resident and radio & podcast host, Chris Bro. Mr. Bro expressed great enthusiasm to be partnering with LVACas a means to give back to his community with something he loves: music, saying “This concert series is about great live music at a great local brewery while supporting a great local charity. I can’t think of a better charity then a the volunteer ambulance corps that serves my community, who will put the proceeds towards a new ambulance”

The Town of Mamaroneck/Village of Larchmont Volunteer Ambulance Corps (LVAC) provides emergency medical services for residents and visitors of the Village of Larchmont and the Unincorporated Area of the Town of Mamaroneck. Whenever 911 is called for an ambulance, EMT’s and a Paramedic respond, each of whom is trained to help in a professional manner. New members are welcome. Free training is provided.
