'The Corn is Green' Performed at Mamaroneck High School Through Oct. 18

The following announcement is from the Mamaroneck Union Free School District:

Don’t miss this first PACE production of the year, The Corn is Green, written by Emlyn Williams, at Mamaroneck High School.

Show runs each night (TONIGHT, Oct. 16, tomorrow night and Saturday night) at 7:30 pm through Saturday, Oct. 18, in the PACE Theatre.

Ideas and cultures clash in this story about hope, courage, and transformation when a forward thinking woman moves to a struggling Welsh mining village and opens a school for the children who work in the mines.

Tickets can be purchased at door, pending availability; students, $5; adults, $8.
