Join Dr. Seth Pearl for this engaging free seminar at the Larchmont Public Library, on Monday, September 19 at 7:00pm. Dr. Pearl will guide parents through the latest research related to otitis media (ear infections), colds, sore throats, asthma, colic and other childhood illnesses and the studies that show the ineffectiveness of medicine and pharmaceutical treatment. He will discuss the growing amount of evidence showing that antibiotic overuse and the inappropriate prescribing of antibiotics actually damages a child's health. Dr. Pearl will present the latest research from the British Medical Journal, J.A.M.A., and the C.D.C., showing alarming trends leading to increased incidence of childhood disease linked to drug therapy.

Dr. Seth Pearl has lectured for many of the prominent groups in the special needs world including Autism One, The Autism Society of America, The National Autism Association, and The Graduate Institute, as well as several local Special Education Parent-Teacher Associations. His integrated approach to managing special needs children can be an adjunct to their mainstream medical treatment.

Dr. Pearl is a trained Interactive Metronome® Provider, a therapy used to help integrate motor and sensory control. He is also a member and registered practitioner of Defeat Autism Now (DAN!) and the Autism Research Institute. Dr. Pearl has specialized chiropractic care utilizing the Pro-Adjuster®, a computerized chiropractic technology that delivers precise spinal adjustments without any twisting or ‘cracking’ of the patient. He provides individualized clinical nutrition consultations for children and adults, providing information on diet and nutritional supplementation, as well as other bio-medical considerations.
