Letter To The Editor: Don't Be Misled By Hampshire Information
The author of the letter is Village of Mamaroneck resident and a member of the Town of Mamaroneck's traffic committee.

Let’s be clear. Ms. Goldberger is employed by the Hampshire developers. Her interests are purely financial and do not reflect what is best for Mamaroneck. In contrast, Ms. Felsher is a civic-minded resident of the Village for over 30 years, even serving on the Mamaroneck School Board at one point.
Do not be misled. The developer’s claim that impacts of this development will be minimal are simply preposterous.
MCEC has been an invaluable resource in evaluating the Hampshire proposal, researching relevant laws and village codes that should lead to rejection of the proposal. These laws and codes are in place for a reason…to preserve and protect the community we love.

I encourage my fellow community members to consider the facts: visit the Village of Mamaroneck website and the Mamaroneck Coastal Environmental Coalition (MCEC) website (https://mcecny.org/) and attend upcoming planning board meetings. Don’t rely on the misinformation disseminated by the Hampshire team.
Respectfully,
Kim Larsen
