Mamaroneck Looking to Keep Commuters from Parking for Free in Neighborhoods

Parking restrictions could be in the offing for the Town of Mamaroneck.

According to an article on lohud.com, Metro-North commuters have been parking for free on Echo Lane and Hillside Road, instead of paying for spaces at the Larchmont train station.

The town board is going to consider not allowing parking on one side of the streets during certain times so commuters cannot leave their cars all day.
