Join Bob Blaufarb for this seminar on GMO’s and how they impact our health. Genetically engineered foods have been engineered for resistance to pathogens and herbicides and to be enriched with a beneficial nutrient profile. Blaufarb will introduce the background of the development of the companies responsible for the research and development, production and sales of genetically engineered food. He will also present the positives and negatives of the industry and a comparison to typical food production methods. Bob Blaufarb is Captain and Director of Health, Wellness and Fitness for the Mamaroneck Fire Department and is also New York State accredited health coach.
