Ongoing restoration of a 100 year old estate in Yonkers with previously world famous gardens including a beautifully landscaped walled Persian garden overlooking the Hudson River and recently restored Temple of Love. Weekly 90 minute tours start for the season on April 24 at 2 pm. This tour is a very in depth President's tour for $20 per person, kids 12 and under are free. Subsequent tours take place May 1, May 8, May 15, May 22, and May 29, all at 2 pm and all $10 except for May 15, which is again a President's tour. The tours all have a historical focus except for May 29, which is more horticulturally oriented. No reservations needed.
