Three Bucks County officials have been indicted on conspiracy and money laundering charges according to reports. Levitttown area District Judge John I. Waltman, 59, of Trevose; Lower Southampton Police Department and fire and emergency services supervisor Robert P. Hoopes, 69, of Doylestown; and Bucks County Deputy Constable Bernard T.
