North 7th Street - Listed for $209,000, and sold for $172,500. It is a four bedroom, 10 room Colonial and an REO property. This home was in poor condition, and the buyer paid cash. It was on the market for 235 days.

North Greene Avenue - Listed for $198,000, and sold for $190,000. It's a four bedroom, six room Cape and not a short sale or REO property. This home needed work and the buyer took a conventional mortgage. It was on the market for 132 days.
South 12th Street - Listed for $245,000, and sold for $245,000. It's a four bedroom, seven room Expanded Cape and a short sale. This home is in nice condition. It was on the market for 258 days.

E. Just Street - Listed for $264,900, and sold for $255,000. It's a four bedroom, seven room Expanded Ranch and it was on the market for 248 days.
33rd Street - Listed for $279,500 and sold for $257,000. It's a five bedroom, 10 room Expanded Cape and on the market for 188 days.
South 12th Street - Listed for $258,000 and sold for $260,000. It's a three bedroom, eight room Cape and on the market for 150 days.
13 homes went under contract during March 2013. The lowest list price is $145,000 with six days on the market and the highest list price is $399,000 with 5 days on the market.
The number of homes on the market is reducing. Right now there are 157 homes on the market in Lindy. Up until year ago there were just over 200 consistently.
Little by little we are seeing homes selling at list price since January 1st, 2013. We are also seeing homes going under contract quickly. Now, it's going to be a long time before we see the 2004/2005 prices but the Lindy real estate market is moving in a positive direction.
