LINDENHURST, NY - Firefighters are on the scene of a house fire that broke out in Lindenhurst on Thursday morning.
The fire occurred at a home on Madison Avenue around 10:30 a.m.

Steven Jensen, who witnessed the incident, also told Patch that there was an crash with a press vehicle near the house fire on Delt Street and Madison Avenue. The reporter was on the scene covering the fire. The driver stayed at the scene and no injuries were reported.
