Modern Warrior has been offering this class 6 times per year as a community service for over 20 years. In that time
we’ve trained thousands of women how to fight back to WIN; now it’s your turn!

Learn how and where to hit (and why those are the best targets), how to break out of a grab or hold by an attacker, what to do if you end up on the ground, and much much more! We promise, you will NOT regret taking this class!

• Open to ALL women 12 and older

• All students under the age of 18 must have signed consent from a parent or guardian.
• While this is a very hands-on class please note that there are NO prerequisites with regard to health or physical ability. Whatever your fitness level, whatever your size, whatever your limitations we will teach you how to use what
you have! We teach self defense for the real world, that means that every technique has to work for YOU in YOUR world!

While this class is FREE, a $25 deposit is required to hold your place, it will be returned to you in its original form the night of the event.
