We've
been offering this class as a free community service for over 25 years and
we've trained thousands of woman to protect themselves against a violent,
sexually motivated attacker. Now it's your turn!
highly effective tactics and techniques that will enable you to avoid, or fight
back against, this violent crime. Learn to recognize an unsafe environment, and
the moves that will enable you to stop your attacker and get away.
We'll
teach you where and how to hit (and why those are the best places), how to get
away from a someone who is grabbing, pulling, or holding you, and more! This class also includes a section on NYS
law, so you'll know your rights when it comes to defending yourself.

registration is required; early registration is recommended as space is

While this class is FREE, a refundable deposit of $25 per person is required to hold your spot, it will be returned during/after this class
