ICYMI: 6 Caught Selling Alcohol Or Cigarettes To Minors: Police

In case you missed it, here's a story that appeared last week in Lindenhurst Patch:

TOWN OF BABYLON, NY - Six people were arrested for selling alcohol, e-liquid nicotine or cigarettes to minors during an inspection in the Town of Babylon on Friday night, according to Suffolk Police.

In response to community complaints officers conducted the investigation into the sale of e-liquid nicotine, cigarettes and alcohol to minors at 15 businesses using underage agents.

According to police, as a result of the investigation the following people were arrested and issued field appearance tickets:

• Muhammad Mian, 66, of Deer Park, an employee of Happy times Smoke Shop on 130 West Sunrise Highway in Lindenhurst. Two counts of sale of e-liquid nicotine to a person less than 21.
