ICYMI: Driver Crashes Through Fence, Into Above Ground Pool: PD

In case you missed it, here's a story that appeared last week in Lindenhurst Patch:

NORTH LINDENHURST, NY - A driver was injured after crashing through a fence and into a pool of a North Lindenhurst home on Wednesday night, according to Suffolk Police.

The man was driving southbound on Wellwood Avenue when he lost control of the vehicle at the corner of June Street at 11:40 p.m.

The car crashed through the fence of the corner home, then struck an above ground pool and a retaining wall.

The man was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip for treatment of minor injuries.
