LINDENHURST, NY - A Lindenhurst couple will be opening a new cocktail bar in town this year. Local residents Jonathan and Gabrielle Gonzalez are planning on opening their business, Hunter & Thief on 21 W Hoffman Avenue this spring.

Patch: What makes your business unique?
Gabrielle: We are a modern cocktail bar which is unique on Long Island. Our emphasis is on the cocktails. Everything is made in house from syrups and juices down to some of the bitters. The ice is hand cut. We aren't cutting any corners when it comes to the quality. We are trying to bring back a level hospitality that seems to have gotten lost in recent years.
